Starting in January 2026, Paid Leave will ensure Minnesotans can take the time they need to be there for some of life's most important moments – like welcoming a child, recovering from a serious illness, or caring for a loved one.

Paid Leave information

We are currently testing Paid Leave with a few partners to get everything ready. If your employer is a partner, log in to request leave to bond with a child. Otherwise, check back for updates as we prepare for Paid Leave to start on January 1, 2026. Thank you for your patience!

Once you have been designated as a Paid Leave Administrator for your employer, log in to your account to perform Paid Leave functions including reviewing employee leave applications.
