We convert printed material to braille for students, adults, businesses, and organizations throughout Minnesota upon request.

Overview

We provide Braille materials for personal use free of charge to Minnesotans statewide who are blind or low vision. However, we do charge fees for braille services to schools, colleges and universities, businesses, government agencies, and non profits.

Apply for Services

Before taking advantage of the exceptional transcription services, you need to complete and return our application for services form (PDF) establishing your eligibility for services.

Your eligibility must be certified by an appropriate "certifying authority" as listed on the form.

Also, you must submit a signed customer agreement copyright form before services can be provided.
