The goals of BLIND, Inc. are to: (1) provide training that enables graduates to function competitively alongside sighted peers in education, employment, and life (2) teach graduates the skills they need to find jobs commensurate with their education, skill level, and experience (3) provide an ongoing support network of other successful blind people, and (4) educate students, family members, employers, and the public about the abilities of blind people, including debunking stereotypes. |

We offer the most comprehensive set of low vision and blindness related services in the state, including support groups, low vision occupational therapy and optometry, and training in assistive technology, braille, mobility, employment readiness, daily living skills, adaptive leisure and specialized programs for teens with vision loss. |

The mission of Vision Loss Resources is to create a community of services, skills and support for people with vision loss. Vision rehabilitation training is provided to adults of all ages, working-age to retirees developing skills that enhance independence including daily living skills, technology and mobility. Trainings are provided in home, community or at VLR and can be one-on-one or in small groups. |
