Ann Feaman was the director of the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity at DEED, and is now back at Minnesota Management and Budget as the HR Director. She holds a law degree (J.D.) from the Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul. Prior to joining DEED, she was the statewide equal opportunity director at Minnesota Management and Budget and the chief investigator at the Department of Human Services. Ann also served 10 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force.
