The information that you provide will be used in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minn. Stat. Chap. 13) and any applicable law. Data on individuals who use this action is classified as private data on individuals under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
This data will be used to provide you with services and case management and will be shared only with staff from county welfare agencies, state agencies, and service providers who have a need to know the information, or as otherwise required by law. Declining to download and use the WF1 Connect mobile app will not impact your eligibility for or receipt of benefits or services from county welfare agencies, state agencies, and service providers.
By using this action, you affirm that you have read and understood the information provided in this Privacy Policy and that your information may be used as described above in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and any applicable law.
