The Bridge to Career Pathways programs targets individuals seeking to improve skills or obtain new skills to earn an industry recognized credential, in an industry that is identified as in demand within their region. Providers partner with an active employer and active Adult Basic Education (ABE) consortia provider or demonstrate a strong connection to ABE. Participants may enter employment in an in-demand career pathway from this level or continue on to higher level or post-secondary education.
