Individualized Training Pathways programs target individuals seeking training in four targeted specific industry sectors: Healthcare, Information Technology, Skilled Trades, and Advanced Manufacturing (or other high growth in demand sectors earning a median wage of $15 per hour and is specific to the service area). Providers partner with a post-secondary partner(s) or Union Apprenticeship and an active employer partner(s) to further support participants within the specific industry trainings. Training at this level culminates in post-secondary degrees, diplomas, and certificates for participants.
