Carrie Fink has a bachelor’s degree in family social science and master’s degree in social work and public policy from the University of Minnesota. She became project manager of the Minnesota Apprenticeship Initiative Project in March 2016. Before that, she worked in the Rapid Response and Trade Adjustment Assistance programs at DEED.
