WF1 Case Management System
Workforce One (WF1), is a web-based client management application used by nearly 2,000 state, city, county, and non-profit employment and training providers to track employment and training services to more than 100,000 customers across Minnesota's One Stop network. WF1 was created through a partnership between the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and is maintained by MNIT-DEED.
WF1 Connect Mobile App
WF1 Connect is a mobile app that customers can download to communicate with their Employment Services Counselor and/or Financial or Child Care Worker. The app was developed by MNIT-DEED in partnership with DEED, DHS, and subject-matter experts who provide program services.
It was launched in April 2021 and is available to Employment Services agencies statewide, as well as Financial and Child Care Workers. If you have questions or would like to activate WF1 Connect for your agency, please email workforceone.deed@state.mn.us.

Access Form
Employment Services staff who need new access to WF1 or they need adjustments to their current access, an Access Form will need to be completed. Instructions on Getting or Changing Access.
When a new Financial and/or Child Care Worker is granted access to MAXIS and the agency that they work for has activated the WF1 Connect mobile app, they will receive a SIR email with instructions on logging in to WF1.
Training
The WF1 Team hosts technical training for DEED's Employment and Training Programs (ETP) providers who use the case management system. It includes training related to the WF1 Connect mobile app. Staff can register themselves or others for training by logging into WF1, selecting Resources, then Staff Training.

Getting Help with WF1
If you have an issue with how something is working in WF1, cannot do the functions in WF1 you need to do for your job, have a data correction that cannot be addressed by someone at your agency, or have a WF1 question, please submit a WF1 Help Desk ticket.
